Start with the problem, not a service package.
A useful first message describes the decision, bottleneck, recurring failure, capability gap, modernization question, or opportunity you are trying to address. It does not need to arrive with the solution already chosen.

The intake
Four questions, then you review exactly what Masters will read.
Nothing here is scored, and nothing is inferred on your behalf. You see and can edit everything before it is sent. Please do not include passwords, credentials, or confidential material — a problem can be described at a level that is safe to share.
Loading the intake… If this message remains, the guided form needs JavaScript, or it is temporarily unavailable. Nothing above depends on it.
Sending this form asks Masters to use what you wrote to consider and respond to your inquiry. It does not subscribe you to anything, and the website does not store the submission — it is delivered to Masters by email. Privacy & data handling.
Your answers stay in this browser tab while you work, so a failed submission never means retyping. They are cleared once the submission succeeds.
Useful context
What to include in the first conversation.
- What needs to change? The business, customer, workforce, or operating outcome you are trying to improve.
- What is happening now? The current process, constraint, recurring failure, decision, capability gap, or uncertainty as you understand it.
- Why does it matter? The consequence: time, cost, risk, capacity, quality, customer experience, employee development, growth, continuity, or another meaningful operating effect.
Mutual fit
The first conversation also determines whether Masters should take the work.
You do not need to know which practice area applies. A single problem can involve strategy, process, technology, AI, organizational design, workforce capability, and implementation at the same time.
Masters also considers whether leadership genuinely wants to improve the organization, is willing to examine truthful evidence, and is prepared to make changes the diagnosis requires. An imperfect organization can be an excellent client; the standard is willingness to become better, not perfection before the engagement begins.
If the right answer is a smaller project, an existing product, a process change, a capability intervention, no engagement at all, or that Masters is not the right partner, the analysis should be able to reach that conclusion.
